This Attorney landlord consistently fails to meet basic ethical and maintenance standards. While He demand on-time rent and tenant courtesy, he become unresponsive and unreasonable when it comes to returning security deposits or addressing repairs. Tenants are nickel-and-dimed, creating a stressful and unfair living situations. He goes from harassing tenants for money to block and tenants and not responding when it’s time to run to return the deposit. He tries to create scenarios to take all of your deposit no matter how long you’ve been paying rent and paying on time.
