I spoke with Mr Courtenay as he was driving back from Charleston. I felt he was abrupt and irritable with me. He requested I get some paperwork from the Courthouse and have it emailed to him, which I did the very next morning. He was aware that my hearing date is coming up soon. I never heard anything back from him, which was disappointing and has resulted in more wasted time to find a lawyer. No excuse for at least not having someone call and say he didn't want the case.
