Simply the best!

So my lawyer was E.G. I am very dissatisfied with my entire case. From inception to completion, I don't feel like I was put first as the client. I was immediately offered medical services, which were good, but I had my own insurance and could have been seen without expense. This ended up costing me thousands of my settlement and then still had to pay them and their attorney-owed processing services. Had no help with job issues, car was totaled, no help there either. I had to navigate that totally on my own. I was told my case could be settled for one amount then was told came back with the other insurance company offer of 1/3 of what they said. Stating she let them tell her what they thought it was worth which she expected them to lowball. I've never heard of this in my life. She was unsuccessful in any negotiating she said for fear of having to go to court. So when all was said and done, I came away without a car, huge medical bills unnecessarily, no compensation for time missed from work And less than 33% of settlement they were able to get. Very disappointed and makes me think that some firms are only in it to take what you, as the client should be entitled to for your injury.
Follow up. 3/2026 I was very troubled about the request concerning my transparent review. I do not set out to target anyone but I am very honest in my reviews as my experience has been. I do wish my outcome had been more positive. In the end, you’ve moved on to your next client and I’m left to try and continue putting my life back together.
