Calling this office to speak to a Real Estate lawyer over potential trespass issues.
After explaining my need for these professionals skills ( mostly knowledge).
I get informed this office wont speak with me, because they feel I may need defense lawyer.
They don’t cover defense cases or want to cover mine in Stone Co.
Which I was referred by Mo Bar assoc.
Seems they just want easy cases & don’t care to help the public in obtaining the legal knowledge sought!
Yet a judge will tell you “ Ignorance of the law is no excuse“!
How is one supposed to gain the knowledge?
