I hired Ayesha Malik for a personal injury claim following a Lyft accident, but she quickly proved to be completely unprofessional and operates like a beginner (amateur) in the legal field. She wasted 4 solid months of my time dragging her feet and making excuses.

July 2025: I signed the fee agreement, trusting her to handle my case.
October 3, 2025: I fully completed all my medical treatments and notified her. She claimed it would take weeks or months just to gather records.
November 2025 (The Lie): For nearly two months, she did absolutely nothing, constantly claiming she was "waiting for medical records" to build the demand package.
November 24, 2025 (The Abandonment): I did my own independent investigation and obtained the actual tracking logs. These logs proved definitively that the medical facilities (Wake Radiology and UNC Health) had already completed the record requests weeks prior!
The most shocking part? The moment I confronted Ayesha Malik and her partner Seth Beckley with this hard evidence of their negligence and asked directly for the specific details of my case, they blamed their internal software (YoCierge). Instead of taking accountability, her immediate response was to send me a formal document terminating her representation (Withdrawal from Representation).
