⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely horrible customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this law office to anyone. Communication is practically nonexistent, and clients are left chasing the office for updates on their own cases instead of receiving the basic courtesy of being kept informed. The worst part of my experience was dealing with the customer service representative, Lola. Her attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Every time I called, rather than providing a simple status update or making an effort to assist me, she would redirect my calls, leaving me unable to get answers or speak with someone who could actually help. This was not a one-time occurrence; it happened repeatedly. Her handling of my calls made me feel as though I was being deliberately brushed off rather than treated like a client who deserved answers. Lola’s customer service was unacceptable. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to clients rudely, refusing to provide basic information, or making it unnecessarily difficult for them to get assistance. When someone is dealing with a legal matter, the last thing they need is to be met with an attitude and treated as an inconvenience for simply asking for an update. This office needs to seriously reevaluate its customer service and how it treats its clients. Between the lack of communication and my repeated negative interactions with Lola, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this law office to anyone.
