Yes a busy man, but an outstanding attorney. All I can say about the first review is they must have had an unbeatable, I mean impossible case. Because the deck was stacked against me on my third felony, with a prosecutor that wanted nothing more than to see me go back to prison, and a Judge that seemed to have the DOC in store for me. Yet here I am on the day of sentencing writing a review instead of looking at the jail ceiling.
The first time I contacted him yes I had to leave a message, but what attorney answers the phone all the time. I have not met one with good standing that does. He called the next day to set an appointment. At that appointment he was very professional, upfront about my case, and went into high detail about what he would do. Without ever bringing up his fees. My wife and I talked to him for close to an hour that day before we had to ask about the retainer which was very reasonable for the type of case and history I have.
I spoke with him on a regular basis either by phone or email, even met with him from time to time, and he let me know exactly where the case was. As soon as we got a plea that included what I was looking for we went to court. It took a number of months and he did a lot more to get a plea with what I was looking for than I expected for what he charged. I've hired attorneys before for more money that have done way less.
In my opinion He is a great defense attorney that will fight for his clients, even when I thought the judge was about to send me to DOC he stood his ground in the courtroom, fighting for me and my family, so here I sit tonight still a free man. I would seriously advice anyone in legal trouble to seek his service. I will if ever in a situation with the law again. Me and my families thanks and appreciation go out to this man.
