This is the slowest law firm I have ever worked with. If you email a question it will take minimum 1-2 weeks to hear back. I paid for premium processing for my H1B petition knowing I had booked a nonrefundable trip for Oct 10 and wanted to guarantee that by Oct 1 my status would convert and I’d be able to travel. The premium processing took only 3 weeks but it took this firm an additional 4 weeks to tell me the USCIS asked for an RFE. Yeah, this firm is slower than the government, go figure. After I explained the urgency to them that I had this nonrefundable trip they assured me they would file in time. Now today they let me know it is no longer possible to travel by Oct 10 because they cannot file the RFE in time. Maybe if they weren’t so slow and had started on my RFE when it was received, 4 weeks prior to them telling me about it, I could have travelled in time. But no, because they delayed by a month, now I spent 3K on premium processing for no reason, and my expensive international flight money is also wasted, and I have to buy a new flight. They didn’t even apologize for wasting me thousands of dollars and delaying my trip. Stay away from this firm.

h1b extension is supposed to be filed at least 6 months before, so I initiated the process 6 months before, they filed it 1 month before expiration after 7-8 follow-ups, which is quite a bit of delay and it affects other things like license renewal unless you have i797 approved, apparently they don’t realize that and assume 240 day work authorization while application is pending is enough, I never faced these neglect issue with previous law firms that my employer used. Don't recommend them.

I would like to say thank you to my paralegal, Samantha, who helped me throughout the green card process. She is patient and knowledgeable about the case details. She met with me multiple times before the application and even after the application when I had some questions. She is a really nice person, always thinking from a customer-centric perspective, and is responsible with ownership.
