Breanna Cornwall entered a falsified stipulation without my signature in January 2024 and with explicit verbal and written non - consent. This is fraud upon the court and judicial deception.

The stipulation ordered me back to work and as Cornwall put me on the stand for hours regarding the content of my previous podcast it sounds like she listened to/streamed quite a few episodes of and had a ton of thought provoking questions, like "when was the last time you talked to dead people?"

Admittedly, as I was under oath I had to state I had made a prayer for divine intercession to Mother Mary at Mass to free me, my children and our pets from my abusive marriage. I'm new to the Catholic faith (and almost left it after my ex husband attempted to arrange and exorcism for me at San Carlos Cathedral- eek!) but there is something healing about testifying to the truth under oath as it's a lot like confession.

Anyways! Commissioner Mendoza ruled the order was not fraudulent which is interesting because the email and filing time stamps on the multiple versions of the document don't seem to support Commissioner Mendoza's findings and may require judicial committee review.

While Breanna's fraud upon the court and threats to "sue me" for simply requesting a bill for $100k she demanded I pay for her clients attorney's fees but will not produce a bill for is adjudicated by the state bar, I'll be back to work podcasting from my bed where I'm recovering from adrenal fatigue due to court induced stress.
