This was a straightforward lemon law case and was in its beginning stages, I had sent all the initial documents prior and was told they were being emailed the days I spoke the the paralegal, 4 times, yet in reality, they had not. This was over a 4-5 week period. When I contacted the owner of the firm to let him know that his paralegal was failing to handle my case properly, all I received were excuses and a condescending lecture that I “didn’t understand the process.” That couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve been through the lemon law process before, so I understand exactly how it works. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected them to do what they repeatedly said they were going to do. They failed to follow through, failed to communicate honestly, and instead made excuses. At that point, I had no confidence in their ability to represent me, so I FIRED THEM!!!!
The firm I hired in their place, received my information and had it sent to Ford, that same day, 6.5 hours later. That’s how it’s done!!!
