I recently called Cooper Elliott after seeing on their website that they handle accident claims. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match what was advertised.
When I spoke with the receptionist, I was told something very different about the types of cases they take, which was confusing and frustrating. As someone trying to get clear guidance after an accident, consistency and transparency matter.
The interaction left me feeling uncertain about how cases are evaluated and whether all potential clients are given the same consideration. I hope the firm takes a closer look at how inquiries are handled so expectations set online align with what people are told when they call.
