The judge modified the FCS report after reviewing all the facts, seeing that there was no reason for me to lose custody as a good father. Without Dolores recommending that deposition, I would have lost my daughter. Even though my daughters mother admitted I was a good father, the FCS mediator initially sided with her giving majority physical custody to her in the FCS report. Dolores made sure the judge saw the truth and the FCS report was modified to joint physical custody. I can't thank Dolores enough. She saved my life, my relationship with my daughter, and my future as a father. My children mean everything to me, and Dolores truly made that future possible.
