I had a terrible experience at this Lemon Law office in Long Beach. I stopped by to see if I could do a walk-in consultation to figure out what paperwork I’d need to bring, but the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. First of all, there’s no phone number displayed on the building, which makes it hard to contact them in the first place. When I finally got to the receptionist at the front door, she was rude, toxic, and aggressive. She repeatedly demanded, “Do you have your paperwork? Where is your paperwork?” It felt hostile and completely unnecessary, especially coming from someone who should be helping potential clients. Out of curiosity, I asked her if she liked working there or would recommend this Lemon Law office to her family or friends. Her dismissive response was, “Yeah, sure, whatever, just give them a call, not me.” That really says a lot about the office’s culture and lack of professionalism. This place feels like it takes advantage of minorities, especially Latinos, because the paperwork is only in Spanish. That doesn’t make sense in a diverse neighborhood like Long Beach, which is predominantly English, Vietnamese, Korean, and Chinese-speaking. If you’re searching for a reliable Lemon Law attorney in Long Beach, avoid this place. The staff is unhelpful, and the environment is unwelcoming. Don’t waste your time—there are better options out there!
