Save yourself money & especially time. They say you have a great case. Days later have you sign a retainers contract with a fee of $300 Sending you a welcoming email… next day to cancel their services due to a reason that didn’t make sense…. I am reposting this review because It doesn’t look like my first one came through. But I will say I did get my $300 back.

Please save yourself the headache, stress and time and go to another reputable, ethical firm with better skills/knowledge, will fight for damages, lower fees without high contingency fees, better communication and a professional receptionist. Once you sign their retainer and pay the high retainer fee. Yes they do charge a high fee that they pocket, you’re stuck with their subpar efforts. If you try and terminate, they will threaten you with a lien which will make it difficult to retain new counsel. If you have a big down payment, they will opt to not fight for damages, get paid out of your down payment and then will pressure you to settle quickly. The receptionist is so unpleasant; she has such a harsh disposition/attitude, acts as if she’s your lawyer and harasses you if you request to speak to your lawyer. Mind you, I never got a call from my lawyer; I interacted with the assistant. Once I finally called to find out who my lawyer was, I got the run around. I signed in January and by June, still had not spoken to or knew who my lawyer was. There is no transparency and if you request your case file or itemized bill, they will ignore your emails. What they eventually send is inaccurate and lines up with the big payout to them. Very UNETHICAL practices as a law firm. You expect more from a firm that charges such large prices, but you won’t get what you paid for and they will drag you along so time passes and it destroys your case outcome.

Worst service I’ve ever received from an attorneys office that is supposed to be on your side they just want your money and have the worst customer service and lines of communication! I WOULD SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND NOT USE THEM.!! The lady that answers the phone is so rude and makes you feel like speaking to you is such a burden! They are very unprofessional and unorganized

I sent in info regarding an auto fraud case. I received an email asking to set up a consultation call. I then received multiple text reminders for the call, one even 30 minutes before the call. The scheduled time came and went. I called in and after being disconnected 4 times, legal assistant then called me back and told me we don't handle your type of case. The website explicitly states it handles my case, stating "Have you recently purchased a vehicle from a dealership in California only to discover you’ve been deceived?" That's my case exactly. I cleared my schedule for the call and they clearly didn't respect my time. I question why the website states it handles dealership fraud, when I was informed that they do not.
