I sent in info regarding an auto fraud case. I received an email asking to set up a consultation call. I then received multiple text reminders for the call, one even 30 minutes before the call. The scheduled time came and went. I called in and after being disconnected 4 times, legal assistant then called me back and told me we don't handle your type of case. The website explicitly states it handles my case, stating "Have you recently purchased a vehicle from a dealership in California only to discover you’ve been deceived?" That's my case exactly. I cleared my schedule for the call and they clearly didn't respect my time. I question why the website states it handles dealership fraud, when I was informed that they do not.
