I had a deeply frustrating experience with Conners and Sullivan. Communication felt inconsistent, responses were slow, and I often felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously. The process was far more stressful than it needed to be, especially given the expectations set at the beginning. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency and attention to detail. I expected professionalism and guidance, but instead I was left feeling confused and unsupported throughout much of the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to others looking for reliable and responsive legal assistance.

My experience with this law firm has not been positive. Communication has been inefficient and disappointing throughout the process. I've had several interactions with Olivia, the paralegal, and unfortunately communication has been difficult, which has turned simple updates to my estate planning documents into a lengthy and frustrating experience. In addition, my instructions were not properly followed, and responses were often delayed.

I also attempted to address my concerns with Attorney Daniela; however, instead of receiving clarification or solutions, I felt my concerns were dismissed and met with excuses and blame. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and has made me question my decision to work with this law firm.

We used this law firm to get advice on my husband's mother's estate planning that was done by another law firm and to purchase a co-op in NYC. Everyone there (paralegals, receptionist and lawyers) were diligent and professional and put us very much at ease. Great results for both situations and we will be using them in the near future for our own estate planning. Our lawyer, William O'Connor was a particular standout for his assistance.
