My experience with this law firm has not been positive. Communication has been inefficient and disappointing throughout the process. I've had several interactions with Olivia, the paralegal, and unfortunately communication has been difficult, which has turned simple updates to my estate planning documents into a lengthy and frustrating experience. In addition, my instructions were not properly followed, and responses were often delayed.

I also attempted to address my concerns with Attorney Daniela; however, instead of receiving clarification or solutions, I felt my concerns were dismissed and met with excuses and blame. Overall, the experience has been frustrating and has made me question my decision to work with this law firm.
