I contacted Elliott Conn regarding a time-sensitive matter under the Song-Beverly Act. During our initial conversation, he was positive about the case, requested supporting documentation, and indicated he believed it was straightforward and likely to have a favorable outcome. We scheduled a phone meeting based on his availability, but he did not attend. As the filing deadline approached, I followed up by phone and email to confirm he had the capacity to take my case. He assured me he did. However, he continued to miss scheduled meetings and did not follow through on his commitments. As a result, the deadline was missed, and I had to restart the process with another firm. Based on my experience, Mr. Conn did not meet the commitments he made, failed to communicate reliably, and did not provide the representation he agreed to. I would not recommend his services.
