Extremely disappointed with my experience at Collins Ritchie & Ervin, specifically with attorney Alex.

Communication was consistently lacking. Important documents and time-sensitive information were not shared with me unless I followed up multiple times. As a client, I should not have to chase my own attorney for updates or discovery responses.

Billing was another major concern. I noticed an error involving 2.8 billed hours. Although it was corrected, the situation raised serious concerns about how time was being tracked. At no point did I receive a clear or transparent explanation of what work was being performed or why certain hours were billed.

Family law matters are stressful enough, and the lack of communication and transparency only added unnecessary frustration. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for representation.
