I went to McWhirter to get an uncontested divorce he said he would handle everything for me. Needless to say I went to get divorce papers this year from the courthouse and nothing has been filed. I have went by his office a few times. They took my number but has not called me about this issue. Now I will have to pay another fee at a different attorneys office to get this my divorce.

He’s a scam artist. The number at the top of his site is not his phone number. I know that because it is my wife’s number. If you have any legal issues in Shelby or the surrounding areas I would run to another attorney as fast as humanly possible. He doesn’t deserve your business. I’ve been trying to get this resolved since august this year and he can’t fix that. What makes you think he can fix your law issues.he also won’t return calls or texts and does not take voicemails. He’s a flake of a human, Shelby and the state of North Carolina should be ashamed that he is able to practice.
