If your case is time sensitive I cannot recommend this firm. We reached out to them about possibly handling a medical malpractice case involving our infant son. On their advice we sent letters of notice and waited until after corrective surgery was completed before perusing legal action. When it came time to take the case or not they failed to return calls and emails in a timely manner. Ultimately they have run down the clock on a time sensitive matter. I am also very disappointed in the conflicting advice given by them that may have jeopardized our ability to file suit at all.
