Dealing with this law firm has been an absolute nightmare.

They are completely unreachable during business hours, ignoring even the most urgent matters. They take your money and they immediately leave you totally in the dark.

There is zero guidance, no explanation of the process, and no insight into what to expect next. The attorneys are like ghosts, they refuse to answer emails or return phone calls, even after I left countless voicemails. This is a remarkably unprofessional and irresponsible operation.
