I had an excellent experience with Cline APC Attorney at Law handling my RV lemon law case. From the beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kept me informed throughout what was a long and frustrating process. They stood behind my case, dealt with the manufacturer, and ultimately got the manufacturer to agree to a full buyback of my RV, including the payments covered under the settlement agreement. They did an outstanding job protecting my interests and getting the matter resolved. I’m extremely grateful for the hard work and persistence of the entire team at Cline APC. If you’re dealing with an RV lemon law problem, I would absolutely recommend giving them a call. They delivered the result I was hoping for and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. Five stars without hesitation!

I would like to share my experience with Cline APC. I own a 2026 Lexus UX 250h that began making a clanking noise when going downhill or coming to a slow stop. I took it to dealerships in Carlsbad and Escondido, but they claimed they couldn't hear anything. They told me clicking noises were normal for a $52,000 luxury car and dismissed video evidence I brought in. Later, an Orange County master technician also claimed it was normal. Eventually, they replaced both front axles, but warned the noise might return because of my driving. Within a week, a popping noise started when turning the wheel, and the clanking returned. Dealership staff began driving my car outside without taking it into service, telling me everything was fine. I searched for a Lemon Law attorney, but kept getting turned down because Lexus/Toyota is difficult to fight. I hired one firm, but after 6 months, Lexus offered $3,000 to drop the matter. When I refused, the firm admitted they only write demand letters, not lawsuits. Feeling alone as a single woman relying on her vehicle to make a living, I filed for arbitration on my own. I won, but the proceeding was under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act instead of California Lemon Law. My payout was calculated based on 37,000 miles instead of 20,000 miles when the issue started, resulting in an $8,000 mileage offset. The payout didn't cover my remaining loan, leaving me paying $5,000 out of pocket to the bank and losing my down payment. I felt utterly defeated. While at a client's house, they recommended Brian Cline. It was no coincidence—it was Jehovah who maneuvered that process to guide me to him. When I called Brian, he explained that using Magnuson-Moss was wrong and California Lemon Law was the correct framework. He took my case, filed a court lawsuit within weeks, and paired me with Ashley Yaddgo. They fought tirelessly and kept me constantly updated. When Ashley called to tell me Lexus settled and shared everything they got back for me, I was literally in tears. Brian and Ashley recovered all of my money. Cline APLC genuinely cares about their clients. If you need a team that gets results, you are in excellent hands!

They seem nice but they don’t respond to emails. After initial contact, it took 4 unanswered emails before I could get an appointment scheduled. After that, I emailed back with two questions and despite multiple nudges, no one responded to me. I had to go with another firm. Pretty big waste of time unfortunately.

I had an outstanding experience speaking with Brian Cline. Although he was under no obligation to assist me and did not charge me anything, he generously took the time to listen carefully to my situation, answer my questions, and genuinely guide me in the right direction. When he realized that someone else might be better suited to help me, he went above and beyond to refer me to the right person. Brian’s honesty, compassion, professionalism, and willingness to help without expecting anything in return truly stood out. It is rare to find an attorney who is not only knowledgeable but also so kind and generous with his time. I am extremely grateful for his guidance and highly recommend Brian and Cline APC.
