				Their staggering incompetence and appalling level of service cost me not only an extraordinary amount in unnecessary legal fees, but ultimately forced me to pay the state more than $200,000, roughly ten times what I should have owed. That is an astonishing failure by any professional standard. I have never had a worse experience with a professional service. Dan Hales is erratic and nearly impossible to reach when you actually need him, while Kristi Penrose is, quite frankly, inept. Communication is abysmal, judgment appears nonexistent, and accountability is nowhere to be found. The combination of incompetence, indifference, and poor communication turned what should have been a routine professional matter into an extraordinarily expensive mess. I would not trust this firm to handle anything remotely important.
