If you don't have time to take a phone call from a potential client, say that instead of "yeah but I'm busy working, what's up?". Or, let them go to your voicemail and call them back when you can actually muster up even a modicum of pleasantness. Of course you were working, duh. What other number should I have called if not the one you gave the public to call? It's a shame I didn't get to rate your actual services because you made such an awful first impression.
