We previously had a great experience working with them, which is why we decided to work with them again. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing. Kristen did not seem to make much effort to assist us or keep us properly informed. We were left waiting for an entire week, repeatedly being told things would be handled “by the end of the day,” “by noon,” or “by 1:30.” Despite these repeated assurances, we ultimately received no follow-up and were completely left hanging. What was especially disappointing was the lack of communication and even a simple acknowledgment or apology for the delay. I understand that delays can happen, but keeping a customer waiting without proper communication is frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would unfortunately not feel comfortable recommending their services to my friends or family in the future.
