Horrible and ineffective attorney…a true bottom-feeder who goes after the easy money letters that do nothing to benefit a community. Our property values tanked approximately $50,000 while under the reign of a highly ineffective and irresponsible board. Rather than look into the complaints against Boardmembers and evaluate the real situation, Cicerone went with an easy money cease and desist letter to silence members daring to complain about really big holes in walls exposing framing along with walls, gates and doors left scratched and unpainted for months on end. He’s the type of attorney that feeds the reasoning why people often hate attorneys and joke about them. Our HOA funds were wasted on a harassing letter silencing a dues -paying concerned homeowner requesting basic maintenance of our property. His fees assisted in preventing a much-needed recall of a highly irresponsible board. In my opinion - lazy and unethical would be a compliment. Fortunately, the new Board no longer wastes money on this type of attorney.
