I had paid him 7k for my case and he completely ghosted me. I didn’t hear a word from him for months after multiple emails, phones calls and messages sent to discuss my case and try to find out what the plan of action was for my case. No responses at all. He turned an already horrible situation 100x worse with the way he chose to carry himself after I paid him cash in full. I ended up firing him and hiring Tracy Wood instead and he hardly refunded any of my money and claimed he earned it even though nothing had been done at all to help me or my case. It was interesting because five minutes after I sent the email to withdraw him from his case, he called me. Tracy Wood did an amazing job with the case and she portrayed constant communication and got my charges dropped. I hired him based off of good reviews and I would not have assumed that’s how I would have gotten treated. Be aware if you don’t know him personally or aren’t referred from someone he knows.

Editing again to come and say that this review is what happened to me and if you don’t like me speaking out about the truth then maybe you should not have made the choice to ghost me on my case after paying you in full. I hired you on good reviews OBVIOUSLY, isn’t that what everyone does to hire a private attorney? I wasn't just going to choose the person with terrible reviews and a bad track record. 🤷‍♀️ So having good reviews is irrelevant for how I was mis treated. I don’t care what year it was, you had no right to do that to me when I was already going through a very hard time. I put my trust into you to represent me and you failed me miserably and that’s the plain truth. Don’t like bad reviews, don’t mistreat people who paid you in full to represent them.

Attorney T. Van Wagner was Johnny on the Spot for me. He stepped in and took my call when I was panicking and he was a calming voice. He didn't need to do that but he did. He gave me great advice and support. He has tons of experience and it shows. Knowing I had good advice in my back pocket was a relief. He helped me achieve a favorable outcome.
