1 Star I was very disappointed with my consultation. I found the attorney’s demeanor to be dismissive and felt that my concerns were not approached with the level of understanding or consideration I expected in a family-law matter. One particular comment compared my children to a monetary value, which I found inappropriate and unsettling. I understand that financial considerations are part of family law, but I do not believe children should be reduced to financial assets or collateral in a discussion with a parent seeking legal guidance. I have recently consulted with multiple family-law attorneys, including attorneys who offered free consultations, and this was by far the most unsettling and inappropriate experience I had. Having paid for this consultation and having it handled in the manner that it was made the experience even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney.
