My husband and I hired him last year for a fireworks infraction. Changed courthouses due to judge being strict in Marina according to them however there was actually no communication with him just his staff. Just got a text message saying he argued our case but with the other officer present we lost. No phone calls ever made to get our side of our story just whatever discovery they had received from the Gonzales PD. The footage that was used as “proof” came from a random person illegally recording us in our home on a drone. We also saw the body cam footage provided as evidence and the officers were hostile the whole time towards my family but it seems they were on a power trip since they pulled guns out on another family with children in Gonzales, same exact day but earlier! How can you say you tried when no effort was made to get our series of events to have a better understanding and no communication was even made with us since the point of contact when we made payment for services. Our case was yesterday we got a text today, from his staff not him… never talked to him to even get an explanation about anything first lawyer/attorney that has never made contact with us as clients. We have to call to get more information…. We had to do a lot of the reaching out this whole time.
