I highly recommend Claude Wyle for your legal matters! He represented a family member of mine so I personally got to see his hands on approach to a traumatic brain injury case. I started working with this firm in December 2024, for an accident in which I was not at fault. For almost a whole year, they delivered nothing tangible. Communication during this time was sparse, and I would only get a response after asking for an update two or three times. The responses I would get would be the same each time: "We have retained an investigator... [and are looking into the details of your case]". In August 2025, I sent them an email demanding a tangible update with the exact details of what they've done thus far, threatening that if no progress was made soon, I would find another attorney. They never responded to that email. In October 2025, I sent another email, effectively terminating my working relationship with them and informing them I had hired a new attorney. They responded to that, saying "If we had received your communication, we would have assuredly responded in a timely manner". You didn't receive the email? Or you ignored it, like you did with half of the emails I'd sent thus far? In August 2026, my new attorney resolved the case. Unfortunately, the at-fault party had the minimum insurance coverage. Still, Choulos & Choulos took nearly $500 from my meager ~$8,000 settlement. $500 for doing nothing for a year. EDIT: Your reply is a maelstrom of generic crap, thrown together to make you look better and make me look worse. Unbelievable. You guys really are professional scam artists. The sentence "We've since made changes to how we keep clients updated throughout their case" is extremely generic. Do you have actual evidence to support this? I would guess not. The sentence "Some of the details in this review don't match our records" is a lie. Also, I want to address the comment, "changing attorneys on a personal injury case does not result in double fees to the client". I never said "double" the fees. And I never said it was charged again to the client. You're putting words in my mouth. Technically, yes, you negotiated with my attorney. But the bottom line is that you swindled $500 from me.

George Choulos helped me with an unusual bicycle injury case. He was confident but not overly so, keeping me motivated but realistic about the possible outcomes. And he had the endurance to keep after the residual medical insurance claim dispute even without benefit to himself at that point in the case. George was a sympathetic advocate. Thank you!

I can’t say enough about Claude and his staff. Truly the most carring, compassionate, kind honest human beings. Claude never made me feel like I had to small of a case to handle.
