Was the lawyer for renewing permanent resident card for parents. Asked him to let us know once the card arrives. No updates at all. Called him again and all of sudden he said that its out so we went to pick it up. Checked the issued date and it was issued a month before the pick up date. Because we were short on time at this point, spent $100+ to sent it to korea with expedited shipping. Extremely unorganized.
