I recently received a Shelby County traffic ticket. It was the first ticket that I had received in over 42 years and only the second ticket that I have had in 54 years of driving. I wasn’t sure how to deal with it. I tried searching the Shelby County web pages, but they provided little information. I tried calling the court clerk’s office, but the phone was never answered. Finally, I called the Chiozza Law Firm and spoke with Mr. Lou Chiozza, III. Best decision I could possibly have made. I provided Mr. Chiozza a copy of the ticket and a statement as to what happened and he took it from there. Mr. Chiozza represented me on my court day and was able to get my ticket dismissed. Chiozza Law Firm was easy to deal with and successfully got my wife's ticket dismissed with no court costs. I love that I was able to text them a photo of the citation to get a quote and correspond entirely over text for the consultation. The $150 fee was definitely worth it to save the insurance premium spike that would have occurred.
