In August 2025, I was provided with a representation agreement to sign and return. In April 2026, I signed and returned the same agreement in person, after receiving confirmation from Attorney Chiozza Sr. that he would represent me. There were no stated conditions or time limitations communicated to me.

On April 1, 2026, I met with the firm and submitted the signed contract. The following day, Attorney Chiozza Jr. informed me that the firm would not represent me, citing delay, lack of financial value, and workload as reasons.

The statute of limitations on my claim has not expired, and the facts of the case have not changed. Based on the execution of the agreement and prior confirmation of representation, I reasonably believed an attorney-client relationship had been established. Today I received an automated denial letter personalized to
Me saying they will not be taking the case of my 6 year old daughter . I see the professionalism as they confront every negative review on from present and future clientele.
