Thumbs down on customer service. I didn’t choose this law firm, they contacted me after my car accident. Please keep in mind my accident occurred Friday January 9, 2026. I was contacted by a representative of this law firm the following Monday or Tuesday. I visited the office that same day and started physical therapy the same week. I completed my 4-6 week therapy and as of today have not received my injury compensation. The communication is HORRIBLE. I call inquiring of my status and get the run around. I called last week requesting a call back from an attorney…………. and still I am waiting. I questioned the length of the process….. still I am waiting with no response or explanation.. I wouldn’t refer this negligence to a dog. My mishap gives a percentage to this firm which may not amount to much but without it they couldn’t add to what they have. Future clients beware!!!!
