I am having a terrible experience with Chizzo Law Firm. They are handling my case, and it has been going on in state court since 2020. And all the lawyer tells me is that “the courts are backlogged because of COVID.” It is now 2025, and I have not received much communication from them since the start of this process which was almost five (5) years ago. I have called and left several voicemail messages, and they do not return my calls. There is a total lack of communication from this law firm, and they are very dismissive and radio silent. I have completed therapy, and I don’t have a clue what is going on with my case because there is no transparency. I don’t even have my case number. It is very frustrating that this law firm is not acting in my best interest, and I would not recommend them for services.

I had a speeding and no proof of insurance ticket from Shelby county sheriff. I had proof of insurance but it wasn’t in my car when I got pulled over so I was written up for that. I contacted Chiozza Law Firm a week before my court date and give them my copy of my insurance and current policy. Brian got the speeding and no proof of insurance dismissed!!! I definitely recommend either having your insurance company on you phone with an app from the company your with or having a copy of it in your car. I had a copy it just wasn’t the right year on it.
