Randy and his team don’t waste time on little details that do not matter in court. I have never found billing errors on the time that I was billed. As a matter of fact, there were certain situations that he spent time on, that I was not billed for. (It would say credited from Attorney on my billing statement)

After my divorce was finalized, I had to re-finance the marital home without ever being on the title or mortgage. Little did I know, Randy put one sentence in my divorce decree that enabled me to assume the mortgage. Basically, this meant I can take over the exact mortgage which had a low 3% interest rate verses today’s market of a 7% interest rate. I never discussed this with him because I knew it wasn’t possible with a conventional loan. This was a sentence in fine print that later looking back at the docket, it saved me thousands of dollars. He protects you in the final judgement in every way possible.

Overall, I always felt that Randy was confident in every move he took. He has great passion and experience in this field.
