We had an amazing experience working with both Justin and Chelsea. The state of Tennesee tried to change our lives with a designation that would have taken away countless opportunities and experiences with our children for the rest of their childhoods. Not to mention, this designation would have followed my fiancé for the rest of her life. The state came to us with “proof,” we were terrified as to what may happen. I first talked to Justin, and had gotten all of the particulars in place for representation, it was the best choice I had made in dealing with this matter. I am so glad that I made that call. After that we were in good hands, N&H absolutely came through and got us the verdict we were hoping for. They made light work of the DCFS witnesses, and exposed poor testing practices. The prosecutors were no match. If you are looking for an attorney that will fight for you, Nicholson & Hall is the answer. 10/10, if I could have put more stars, I would.
