Natalie Ashouri #221959, refused to return my client file. I contacted her at the email address listed at the State Bar website as well as other addresses of her staff, to no avail. I gave considerable time for this to occur. The CA State Bar is clear on this matter - "The Rules of Professional Conduct require attorneys to return all client papers and property to which the client is entitled. The complete original file belongs to the client, and the attorney may copy the file at his or her own expense." I have a right to these documents, so I am filing a complaint against Natalie Ashouri license at the CA State Bar.
