Was pleasure having Mr. Arun represent me as 1st time buyer in co-op studio purchase. His charges were competative and his representation was outstanding! Arun was very professional, warm/friendly right from day one, i was impressed by his extension of knowledge of Real Estate laws and (out-of-textbook) approach to tie any loopholes/loose ends. He took time out to explain the process & best practises in buying/sellinig. Delivered more than required. He was always accessible for counsel, very quick in responding to my emails (same hour) saving me plenty time think & make my decisions better.

At closing, he was running the show. His mindfullness picked up on mgmt's charges (double) was quick to point n' waived & hand me back 2 checks! I was like, wow he does care about his clients. Just Great lawyer, if you really want intelligent, honest transparent, cost effective, accessible, friendly, real estate lawyer; Arun is that guy. Much appreciation for his staff, Rosemary, professional, timely followed up to speed up the process.
