It's a ok place they worked out a steady payment plan but the interest is killing me.

Absolute crooks. You pay the money but it seems to never be satisfied. They continue to charge interest, even after an amount has been agreed upon and so they continue to send letters stating that you owe more money when you know for a fact that it’s already been resolved people are absolute crooks. Even have the court judgment showing it was paid in full and no longer owe any money. They need to do their jobs and update their system.

I gave this attorney my money last Friday, paid off my garnishment all the way , I was told that they would release my garnishment Friday , the older lady that answers the phone told me that it was not released because they have a 10 day hold on credit cards, I did not pay with a credit card, I paid with a debit card , i tried to call Monday on the 10th Tuesday on the 11th and Wednesday I finally got someone to answer, when she answered I explained my situation and I was told that she was going to look into the situation when I called at 9:04 I didn’t receive a call back so I called back again to get an answer as to why they were still garnishing my wages after I paid in full the amount and they made a mistake on there end because they thought I had a credit card but it wasn’t a credit card, the lady told me that she would send it over asap and when I called the autauga county clerks office they said that they have not received anything from there office for a release AT ALL , I called back 5 times no answer so I called off another coworkers phone and they answered instantly I told the lady that she was ignoring my phone calls and that they are still taking money out of my check and she acted like she had a problem with me and TOLD ME SHE WAS IGNORING MY CALLS ON PURPOSE all I wanted was for MY MONEY to go to ME, this woman is the worst attorney I have ever talked to she always has a smart mouth and does not respect her job at all, this is gross and not what I expected by a attorney that represents such a big client , she talked to me like I was a child and acted like I was the problem the whole time I was talking to her , the definition of greed and disrespect is what this attorneys office reflects do not deal with them if you can go with someone else please do that because they are VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS PEOPLE
