While my final meeting with the attorney went well—he was kind, fair, and transparent about billing and the refund process—the overall experience with the office left me incredibly frustrated and ultimately led to a complete loss of trust.

There was a repeated breakdown in communication. I was told certain actions would be taken, only to find out later they hadn’t been—because they were waiting on information from me that I was never told they needed. When I did provide the information, there were still further delays, and key details were changed last minute without notice.

What was most disappointing was the lack of ownership. When I tried to express my concerns, I was repeatedly interrupted, blamed, and even gaslit by the staff—who denied any fault. One paralegal even rolled her eyes while I calmly explained my frustrations to the attorney, which felt deeply unprofessional and dismissive.

While I appreciated the attorney’s professionalism in the end, the way the office is managed eroded my confidence and made a difficult process even harder. I can’t recommend this office based on my experience.
