They crush everything! high level , professional, and they throw a badass Super Bowl party . It’s hard enough as it is being artist in a world of savage business they gave me just edge I need to keep making art and build a business around it that makes sense and will stand the test of time.

I called this office as a medical professional with a work related problem and spoke to the assistant Torie on the phone. She emailed me saying they couldn’t help me without even allowing the lawyer to at least even talk to me. How can you know if you can’t help someone by at least having the lawyer speak to the potential client. This office isn’t interested in people if they are filtering by someone who answers the phone. I wouldn't recommend this office

RESPONSE: The filter person didnt ask anything about the case. What could have done differently? You can acknowledge the human being rather than discard them without knowing anything about the case. Maybe having someone from your office actually calling to get specifics rather than an answering service. I have an answering service and they don't filter people they relay a name and a number which is what this was. Torie could have called and explained things rather than sending some impersonal email which speaks volumes about your style
