				The kindest thing said about James Case, JD, was how he was described by my friend with SR LLC: "Not very good". 

Fact is he is old, lazy, ineffective, dishonest, underemployed and was whisked onto my divorce team by little Napoleon Matthew E Ellis, Esq, under a guise that I needed his services as a guardian ad litem. I was coerced into signing him up under duress: a document hastily drafted in two minutes. Of note is the fact that Ellis' associate Alyssa Dusteroff's daddy-in-law is Case's sole partner.  Mr. Case proceeded to bill me over $4K in a few days. 

For more details check out the complaint I filed with the Oregon Bar on 1/15/2013. Also reported to the bar were Matthew E. Ellis and Alyssa Dusteroff. Be VERY careful when you hire a divorce attorney. Try mediation with a good marriage counselor. Don't feed two pig, your soon-to-be ex is enough.
