Closing process was horrendous, the closing agent communicated very little, and sent me rude emails saying “they still needed xyz” when they never asked me for it. On top of that they protect unethical realtors who screw over hard working people. Make sure the person you’re buying your house from isn’t a realtor that works frequently with this establishment, or they will help them hide negligence and then protect them when you go to sue them instead of fighting for the honest hard working people. Their only good reviews are from the unethical realtors they protect. Avoid this place at all costs!
