Melissa seemed very attentive and professional at first. But then she had a problem keeping in touch and letting me know what was happening with my case. Anytime I asked questions, she acted like she was too busy and annoyed. She had plenty of records proving serious mental health issues that caused me to get into trouble, but never even tried to use them. I ended up going to jail for the first time in my life. Then I noticed the amount of days I was supposed to be in jail was wrong by an extra week. It may not seem like much, but I have several physical disabilities as well, plus jail is miserable anyway. My family kept trying to touch base with her, but she did not return their calls or messages for days. She finally fixed the issue, but got really pissy with my family about it. I would not recommend her at all. I understand she's busy, but clients like me are the reason she has a job and she needs to do better with communication.
