I hired Ryan to help my Mother with a tax issue a few years ago. During that time we also found out his partner at the time Steven Mopsick was not licensed to practice law in the state of California. Probably why he had Ryan working for him / taking his cases at the time. Ryan is the most unprofessional and flat out worst attorney I’ve ever paid a retainer too. If your looking for an attorney to help your family - HIRE SOMEONE ELSE , RYAN AINT YOUR GUY!!! He was hired to negotiate a state tax matter, he told my family we would get a specific amount back from the state. In actuality we got a 1/3 of what Ryan said we would, when questioned about this discrepancy his reply yelling at me “WELL I SCREWED UP THEN” My family also asked him to prepare a last will for my Mother, he never included anything we had asked for and wrote it as he wanted. This opening my family and my mothers estate up to huge legal expenses and issues if we had in fact used that will. Ryan consistently came back with the wrong information, never offered my family options and seemed to treat my mother spitefully due to her income. Sorry a 50+yr career nurse makes for from her pension than you do from being a crappy Attoney but you don’t need to treat your clients badly for that reason !! Ryan flat out does not know what he’s doing!! Maybe he should go back to being an army man or maybe Home Depot or WalMart is hiring for a new greeter!!

Ryan is one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with. He is intelligent, patient, and compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone needing Tax assistance.
