Extremely disappointing experience. Communication was poor -- I was left without help for over a week during a critical point in my case. Despite the high fees, there was no meaningful progress or support. I would strongly recommend exploring other attorneys who are more responsive and committed to their clients. My next attorney filed what I needed the first day I hired her.

Carol helped me in one of the darkest moments of my life, she is a wonderful person and thinks about what will be best for her clients long term. I couldnt recommend her more highly, she literally saved my life.

Horrible experience with her working with my husband on his custody battle. STOLE his whole retainer even though she did absolutely nothing but ruin his custody case due to a conflict of interest of her knowing the opposing sides lawyer. She only did 1 court date and barely anything else, so she was fired and took the entire 4 thousand dollars with her. If you're looking for a lawyer to care and fight for your rights and kids, she is NOT the one. Especially if you're a man. She's obviously only "team mom" or team whoever her friend is. She cares more about her reputation with other lawyers rather than doing what's right. She ambushed my husband the day of court and pressured him, basically forced him, to give into whatever THEY wanted and did not fight for him at all. She also had the nerve to tell my husband the morning of court to keep me away from the case (because she knows I wouldn't allow her or anyone to sabotage my husband) which he was very frustrated about when she told him that as I've been the number 1 person helping him and educating him on the process and law, not her. She never ever communicated with him or prepped him for the court date. He knew he couldn't trust her since then. Disgusted by her actions. Racked up petty lawyer "fees" to keep her whole 4 thousand from us. We had to then spend basically the same amount AGAIN to hire another lawyer to actually do her job. Very CORRUPT, greedy, lazy and selfish. Very unprofessional and didn't listen to a word my husband said. She took the side of the opposing party since their lawyer was her "friend." Save your time, money and stress and pick ANYONE other than Carol. I'm especially frustrated because I initially recommended her to my husband and DEEPLY REGRET it because of the harm she has now caused my family and our kids. That's the most SICK part of this entire thing, she FAILED OUR KIDS TREMENDOUSLY. She doesn't care about kids AT ALL. Don't fall for her "nice" charade because "nice" doesn't always mean REAL. She's selfish, obviously by not returning any of our money because the case still isn't even near finished and we had to pay a whole new retainer. DO NOT EVER HIRE HER!!!!!! Will be filing a complaint to the state soon enough for her unprofessional actions.
