I was facing potential jail time after being arrested on a charge I should not have been facing. Danielle Dunne who works for this law firm gathered all the evidence, spoke with the prosecutor assigned to my case and got the initial charge dropped to a low level misdemeanor. She got this all done in less than 2 weeks and I didn’t have to do any jail time, probation or even attend court. Very grateful for Danielle, whether you are guilty or innocent a great attorney is important and she is definitely one I would recommend.

Katie raisch was an amazing lawyer I wish she was able to represent me till the end but she had maternity leave. which is okay!

However my case was taken over by Danielle dunne right at the end! Danielle is caring and she’s really great at responding. However when taking over my case she didn’t highlight me and my story. When on the stand Danielle highlighted my affidavit. She asked questions about what each picture meant and what I was doing? I didn’t need my pictures represented….I needed my story to be told. I think maybe she was hoping to get more information from me. Danielle seemed so nervous. When the judge told her to start asking other things her questions were everywhere. It was all a mess which made both of us look bad.
While the others were making statements she looked over to me to ask if it was true or not and sure a couple questions are ok but it was ALOT and so distracting. I thought she should know this already if she was prepared. Anyways to wrap this up I think it could have been great if she knew what happned from beginning to end but I don’t think she took the time to fully understand, prepare and grasp what happened and I wish she had.
Evidence that was there she failed to ask about.
This law firm has some really great people! Danielle is caring and she responds but if it’s in the middle of your case I’d avoid switching to her. Make sure you start with her so she is clear on things that happned.
