Do yourself a favor and retain any other law firm but this one, especially David Blau.
I was hit by a semi driver on the freeway and unfortunately asked them to represent me, what a HUGE mistake it was trusting my case to Blau and his pathetic little flunky Sandra who is apparently trained only to lie to people on the phone with the sole intention of waiting for the statute of limitations to expire.
Why ? If my case was not big enough for you why take it at all and leave me to keep calling for answers and a solution that would never come.
This is nothing short of bad business.
I had a clear case and they fumbled it.
I was advised by an attorney at Habush to file an immediate claim against him and that is what I will be doing immediately with the state.
He was incredulous that another attorney would act this way.
Now I am left with the aftermath of this scary encounter and no one to answer for it, especially the driver at Starline Trucking.
Nice job David and Sandra, hope you sleep well.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! 2 years they fumbled my case, like a young boy trying to kiss his girl for the first time. Then to completely screw me in the end? They were lazy about my case, expected me to do ALL of the work for them and then forced me to take a pennies on the dollar check and said, this is the only offer you will get, take it or leave it, case has already been settled, so you might as well take it. All of this, just an hour after telling them they were fired and I would be seeking new council. Run, run far away, you will get better representation at 7 mile fair.
