Not so good in my case. I paid $4000/hr in retainer fee. I spoke with Marshall Brenner for only about 30 minutes total because my case was resolved without his services. That was fine with me. I didn't ask for part of my retainer to be returned, but when I contacted them for another case, they never returned my call.
It's possible they didn't want as a client again, but I think they should have explained to me why.
