Al and Don are a great team, working with the Vegas community for decades. They've helped me with an injury case, tickets, and all around advice. Definately reccomend.

I have texts and emails for my records and he made sure to outline the process and set proper expectations. All without price gouging the client. The office staff is super nice. These gentlemen are great attorneys. They treat their clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. Their integrity is second to none. If you hire them you won't be disappointed, l wasn't. They did a great job for me. Most, if not all, of their clients would agree with me when I say I was darn lucky to have them on my side instead of on the opposite team. They may not be a big law firm, but they're definitely dedicated and loyal to their clients and will go the extra distance to help you win your case. They have a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies, corporations, etc... as such are very good at handling them and have seen the unscrupulous, unethical, and devious actions they sometimes employ against you, the victim, in order to get out of paying when you have injuries, medical bills, lost wages, etc... for something that was not your fault. Don't let them shirk their responsibility for damages by getting an attorney with less experience and knowledge. Stick with the winners, because Cap and Kudler are most certainly that. They have helped me with a couple accidents where I was rear-ended. They’ve helped my family members as well with auto accidents. When I got a traffic ticket I sent it over to them and it got handled very quickly and with care so I didn’t have to worry about it for too long.
