I can’t thank Ms. Cane enough for everything she did for me and my daughter. She represented me through one of the most important and stressful situations of my life and helped me successfully obtain full custody of my daughter. From the beginning, Ms. Cane was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to my case. She took the time to explain the process, answered my questions, and made sure I felt prepared every step of the way. Most importantly, I always felt like she genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for my daughter. Having my daughter with me means more than I could ever put into words, and I will always be grateful to Ms. Cane for the role she played in making that possible. There isn’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Attorney Nakeina Cane and Aaliyah. During my divorce which was the most difficult period in my life they made it easy to get through. Every email ever phone call was answered promptly they definitely know their stuff. I am truly forever Grateful ⭐️!

Sadly, I have spoken to representatives three times and was promised a call back because their calendars were not working and were unavailable for access. This poor customer service at the receptionist level does not translate well for first impressions. If the office is this disorganized from the offset, I doubt it gets any better later on.

ETA: The same day I wrote this review, Cane Legal, LLC promptly issued a full refund with no further communication. While the delay in obtaining representation has had a negative impact, I very much appreciate the quick repair and wish to offer the benefit of doubt that something was mistakenly overlooked. I'm in a difficult situation and do not have funds to spare. I'm grateful for the integrity shown here. I've revised my review accordingly.

Pretty disappointing after reading the reviews. It seems like this firm took my money then ghosted me. $390 for a consultation. Was ready to move forward. Recieved an email March 4th requesting another brief call before retaining and asking my availability for the next two days. I responded immediately, but then heard nothing back. 12 days later, I followed-up because I still never heard anything. Received an out-of-office message saying they'd get back with me when they returned. It's now June with no response. I've had to pay another consultation fee to a different attorney.

Amazing customer service. I will definitely be going back to cane legal if I need legal help again
