Please be aware of the unethical and deceptive malpractice of this attorney office. They took advantage of my elderly father who's original living trust was created in 2008, and he was diagnosed with Dementia in 2018. On 2/17/23 David Foley allowed my sister to bring my Dad into the office to change his trust, no one interviewed my dad as they should have about the change, she was allowed to sign on my Dad's behalf. We've been in probate court for the last 2 years and still going through this nightmare to this day. She has stolen thousands of dollars from my dad due to their lack of concern of his wellbeing and protection.
